In-Home family photo session — Southern Indiana

There is something about doing an in-home family session that I realllly love. It doesn’t have to be “get all the kids matching button up fancy shirts” and make sure they are quiet while I take staged photos— it’s actually the complete opposite of what I do.

When you choose me as your photographer for this kind of session, think of this day as me just tagging along with you throughout the day. Nothing changes. I like to keep these moments real and raw. Of course I will get a few photos where everyone is posed and looking right at my camera but the rest is unpredictable. Your kiddos want to go read a book together? Ok, lets go read. The youngest one is wanting a snack? Ok, lets go head to the pantry. The kiddos have too much energy and want to go run in the backyard? Ok, lead the way!

Years from now, I want you to show your kiddos these photos and reminisce how it was either your first home, 2nd, home, or temporary home before ya’ll started a new chapter in a new city. A home holds so many memories. These photos shows the beautiful Curry family and I know one day when Reese is older, they will show her what life looked like before they became a family of 4. She will get to see what her first bedroom looked like with the flower wallpaper and step stool that had ‘Reese’ painted on it. Enjoy these photos that tell a small story about the Curry family!
